To file a DMCA notice with Summit Web Hosting, send a written notification by postal mail to our copyright agent listed below. Include the following information:

Summit Web Hosting will disable access to the material claimed to be infringing upon receiving a valid DMCA notification. The website or resource owner of record will be sent a copy of the notice.
The website or resource owner of affected content may make a counter notification pursuant to sections 512(g)(2) and (3) of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.
Upon receipt of a counter notification, the person who provided the initial notification of alleged infringement will be sent a copy of the counter notification.
